Terms for gyms
Applies from 20 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-20
These are the terms between Riggd and the gym that uses Riggd. The gym accepts them when it becomes a customer, together with the data processing agreement. Members' use of the app follows the terms of use at riggd.fit/en/villkor, and how personal data is handled is in the privacy policy at riggd.fit/en/integritetspolicy. This is a translation: the Swedish text at riggd.fit/villkor-gym is the one that applies.
1. What Riggd is
Riggd is a system for gyms: a member app and a web app where members book classes, join waitlists, check in, open the door, pay for their membership, log their training and talk in the gym's groups, and a dashboard where the gym's staff handle the schedule, members, memberships, payments, leads, mailings and the gym's website.
The service is provided by Alistra AB, Swedish company registration number (organisationsnummer) 559600-4241, Utsädesgränd 14, 175 52 Järfälla, Sweden, here called Riggd or we.
2. Who the terms apply to and how they are accepted
The terms apply to the agreement between Riggd and the gym, the legal person whose name and registration number are on the gym's account in Riggd.
The person who creates the gym in the app accepts the terms and the data processing agreement on the gym's behalf, with one checkbox for each agreement, and confirms that they are entitled to represent the gym. The acceptance is stored with the agreement's version, the time, the signer's name and role in the company and which account accepted. Without the acceptance no gym is created.
Gyms that existed before the agreement step accept on the dashboard under Gymmets konto (The gym's account). When an agreement changes in substance it gets a new version that the gym accepts the same way.
3. The gym's account and permissions
The gym is created in the app with the gym's name and registration number. One account can create at most three gyms. The person who creates the gym becomes its owner.
The owner is responsible for who has which role in the gym (coach, head coach, owner), and only the owner changes permissions. The gym is responsible for removing permissions when someone leaves, and for staff login details not being used by anyone else.
4. The gym's responsibilities
The gym is responsible for:
- The businessits agreements with members: memberships, prices, binding periods, cancellations, booking rules and refunds.
- The contenteverything the gym adds to Riggd: schedule, programming, texts, images, mailings and the gym's website, and having the right to publish it.
- Moderationthe gym's groups and Feed. The owner and head coach receive the reports, delete what breaks the terms of use and can suspend the person who wrote it. Riggd looks at a report the gym has not handled within 24 hours.
- Personal datathe data about its members and staff, which the gym is the controller of, under the data processing agreement.
- Data the gym addsmembers and leads the gym adds or imports itself being allowed to be added, and the data being correct, for example payments received outside Stripe.
- Own providersits agreement with Stripe and with the provider of the gym's lock system, and the keys the gym adds under Integrationer (Integrations).
5. Members' payments go to the gym
Members' payments for memberships, PT and fees go to the gym's own Stripe account, never to Riggd. The account is connected to Riggd with Stripe Connect. The gym is the seller, has its own agreement with Stripe and bears Stripe's fees, disputes and refunds itself. Riggd takes no fee on members' payments. Questions about a member's payment, receipt or refund go to the gym.
6. Riggd's price and payment
The gym pays Riggd per month. The price follows the number of active users in the gym, in steps, and all core features are included in every step. All prices are stated excluding VAT, and 25 percent VAT is added.
- Studio StarterUp to 100 active. Costs nothing.
- Studio Small101 to 300 active. SEK 900 per month.
- Studio Medium301 to 600 active. SEK 1,900 per month.
- Studio Large601 to 900 active. SEK 2,900 per month.
- QuoteMore than 900 active. Price by quote.
An active user is a member who has checked in to a class during the month or has had an active membership at some point during the month. Each person is counted once. Staff and accounts that are not used are not counted.
On the first day of each month the previous month's number and step are frozen, and that step applies to the month that begins. If the step changes, the gym's owner and head coach get a notice, and the dashboard warns in advance when the gym approaches the next step. Riggd can agree a fixed step with a gym, for example with a quote.
Riggd charges monthly in advance, by invoice or by card payment. The payment term for an invoice is 10 days.
Free period: a gym that switches from another system pays nothing up to and including the day the notice period with the old system ends. The date is agreed per gym and shown on the dashboard.
Add-ons are priced according to the current price list at riggd.fit if there is one. Otherwise there are no add-ons to buy.
Riggd may change the prices. A price change is notified to the gym's owner by email at least 30 days before it applies.
7. Term and termination
There is no binding period. The agreement runs until further notice, one payment period at a time.
The gym can terminate the agreement at any time, and the termination applies at the end of the current payment period. Termination is done by writing to info@riggd.se.
Riggd can terminate the agreement with three months' notice, and immediately if the gym materially breaches the terms, for example by not paying despite a reminder.
Fees already paid for a started payment period are not refunded.
8. Content and rights
The gym keeps the rights to its material. Riggd may store, display and process the material to the extent needed to deliver the service, for example to show the schedule in the app and on the gym's website.
Riggd's software, design and brand belong to Riggd. The gym's name, colour and logo are shown in the app to the gym's members, and Riggd may only mention the gym as a customer if the gym has said yes.
9. What the gym may not do
The gym may not use Riggd to:
- Reach others' datatry to reach data the gym is not entitled to, for example another gym's data.
- Publish illegal contentpublish illegal, offensive or misleading content.
- Send unwanted mailingssend mailings to people who have not asked for them. Mailings to members only reach those who have turned on E-postutskick (email newsletters) in the app.
- Disrupt the servicedisrupt or overload the service.
Riggd may limit or suspend access in case of abuse or a security incident. The gym's owner is informed when that can be done without making things worse.
10. Availability and liability
We work for Riggd to be available all the time, but we promise no service level. Maintenance, faults at providers or the network can mean the service is down for a while.
The service is provided as is. Riggd's total liability to the gym is limited to the amount the gym has paid to Riggd during the twelve months before the damage. Riggd is not liable for indirect damage, for example lost profit, cancelled classes or lost data. The limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
11. Personal data and the data processing agreement
The gym is the controller of the data about its members and staff, and Riggd processes it as a processor under the data processing agreement at riggd.fit/en/bitradesavtal. The data processing agreement is part of these terms and is accepted at the same time. Riggd is itself the controller of the user account and login, which a person can use in several gyms.
12. Ending and deletion
When the agreement ends, Riggd deletes the gym's personal data under the data processing agreement, within 30 days at the latest and unless the law requires it to be kept. The gym can ask for a copy before that. Members' user accounts are not deleted because the gym leaves Riggd, since an account can belong to several gyms.
13. Changes to the service and the terms
Riggd develops all the time, and features can be added, changed or removed.
Changes to the terms and the prices are notified to the gym's owner by email at least 30 days before they apply. A change in substance gets a new version that the gym accepts on the dashboard. If the gym does not accept the change, it can terminate the agreement before the change applies.
14. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts of Sweden.
