RIGGDRigged and ready

Delete your account

Riggd is the app your gym uses for the schedule, bookings and check in. You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time, and the deletion takes effect immediately. This page explains how, what is removed and what is kept for a period for legal reasons.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Riggd and log in, on your phone or at app.riggd.fit.
  2. Go to Jag (Me) and tap Mina uppgifter (My details).
  3. Tap Rättigheter och samtycke (Rights and consent), then Radera ditt konto (Delete your account).
  4. Read what will be removed, tap Radera mitt konto and confirm with Ja, radera mitt konto (Yes, delete my account).

You are logged out immediately and the account cannot be restored. The deletion applies to your account in every gym where you are a member through Riggd. If you want a copy of your data, download your data export under Rättigheter och samtycke before you delete.

Can't get into the app?

Email info@riggd.se from the email address you registered with. Write that you want your account deleted and which gym you train at.

We reply to the same address and ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything. If you no longer have access to that address, write anyway and we will find another way to confirm who you are.

You can also contact your gym. The gym is responsible for your personal data and Riggd handles it on the gym's behalf, so your request reaches the right place whichever way you choose.

How long it takes

In the app, the account is deleted as soon as you confirm.

A request by email is handled as soon as we know it comes from you, and within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires.

An account whose membership has been ended for 24 months is deleted automatically. You get a notice in the app one month before.

Your membership and the gym's bookkeeping

Your membership is cancelled when the account is deleted. If you have a binding period left, it applies according to your agreement with the gym.

The gym keeps its own accounts and may be required by law to keep receipts and invoices that concern you, even after your Riggd account is deleted. The same applies to Stripe, which handles card payments. Questions about what the gym keeps should go to the gym.
